Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a gentle form of treatment that incorporates very fine needles. These are gently inserted into the tissue and, as a result, release the myofascial trigger point, altering the tissue physiology of the affected muscle and stimulating a healing effect. Dry Needling can relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve local healing responses and relax muscle spasm.
